South Africa to regulate online gambling Due to considerable tax losses, South Africa’s government has decided to regulate online gambling. The legislation that is to control Internet gambling was submitted by the National Assembly, together with a memorandum where it was stated that interactive gaming is not included in the national gaming law, for which reason it has to be modified.
